The program provides you with a secure access key that keeps your assets safe against unauthorized access. It also has multicoin support that enables you to purchase and swap thousands of coins and blockchain types.
Trust Wallet is available for installation on iOS and Android mobile devices
If you recently bought a token using a decentralized application on Trust Wallet, you might not be able to see its balance.
This is because you haven’t added the token/crypto to Trust Wallet yet.
By default, Trust Wallet has 4 tokens.
This includes “Bitcoin”, “Ethereum”, “BNB”, and “Smart Chain”.
In this article, we are going to learn how to add custom tokens to your trust wallet
STEP 1
Open trust Wallet and tap on the filter at the top right corner
STEP 2
Copy the Contract Address of the token from (Coinmarketcap, coingecko, or the project’s website)
Paste the Contract Address in the Search Bar and Hit on Add Custom Token
STEP 3
Choose the appropriate blockchain on which the token was built and paste the contract Address again and the rest of the fields should auto fill
STEP 4
Go back the homepage of your trust wallet and your token and its value should appear
Congrats you have successfully added the custom token to your trust wallet, you may want to also download Metamask, another powerful browser-based extension wallet and import your digital assets from your trust wallet
